Low consignment fees with no transaction costs. We charge a low 30-50% commission compared to the typical 60-70% you find in most consignment stores. Additional transaction fees including credit card fees, PayPal fees, and marketing fees are also covered by us.

HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU, AS A SELLER
1. Send us an email at hello@prelovedstory.com with a couple of pictures of your item(s) and a brief description including condition of the item(s). We will contact you for the curation of the products and to arrange a free pick-up service (if you are around the Zurich area).
2. ITEM LISTED ONLINE - Once your items arrive, we will inspect them and make a selling price suggestion through our commission agreement with you. We will take care of all shipping, marketing and any other hidden costs.
3. SELL IT - Once your item is sold, we will transfer your share to your bank account (we pay out sold pieces as quickly as we can).
We will arrange all formal details such as prices, payout date, etc. in a transparent and clear way on your commission form.

What we love about pre-loved items is that you have access to exclusive vintage pieces which are not produced anymore, or find designer items from previous collections which you might have missed but are still in love with. Or simply your style changes and you want to try out new things!
Please bear in mind that we are a curated pre-loved online shop and focus on a current and cool aesthetic. We love luxury, we love contemporary, we love vintage - everything from Zara to Hermès but always with a cool touch.

Our rules:
· No counterfeit tolerance. We know that there is a lot of craftsmanship that goes into creating luxury items, and they do not deserve to be faked!
· We accept swimwear and underwear. But always with its label and unused.
Please make sure your items are clean, well treated and smell good. If something is a bit disjointed, please fix it with a specialist.
We do not accept:
· Large stains
· Clothing with pellets
· White clothing that looks yellow
· Faded clothing
· Clothing and garments with friction
· Clothing with irreparable damage
