SHIPPING
When it comes to shipping and returns, we keep it simple!
Domestic shipping within Switzerland is offered free of charge.
International shipping is free for orders above CHF 500. For orders below that value, we charge a flat rate of CHF 20.00.
Domestic shipping is done via Swiss Post registered mail (with signature upon receipt) or delivered by us if around the Zurich area. Parcels in Switzerland are typically delivered within 2-4 working days. If you need your item(s) faster, please contact us directly at hello@prelovedstory.com
You will receive an email of confirmation from PRELOVEDSTORY as soon as your order is shipped.
International Orders
We ship internationally with either GLS, DHL or Swiss Post.
Any taxes or duties, taxes or other fees due on international delivery applicable in your country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and PRELOVEDSTORY is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. PRELOVEDSTORY is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies and is determined by country and cannot be calculated in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge that you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. International orders generally take 6-21 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. Some countries hold packages at the local post office until inquired for.
Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. PRELOVEDSTORY is not responsible for delayed delivery or any other issues. If your order is sent back to PRELOVEDSTORY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
PRELOVEDSTORY does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service.

Our customer satisfaction is the most important thing for us!
Fair & Simple Returns
Any item can be returned for any reason to PRELOVEDSTORY within 7 days of receipt.
Steps to follow:
1. Please submit your return request within 7 days after delivery via hello@prelovedstory.com.
2. Please specify if you prefer a refund or a PRELOVEDSTORY online store credit.
3. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will check them and if found in order, provide you with your preferred return option (either a refund or a PRELOVEDSTORY online store credit) in the amount of the purchase price excluding postage (international orders: excluding taxes, duties, etc.).
All products must be returned intact and complete (with all accessories and elements received with the products themselves, in the condition in which they were delivered and with the labels attached).
Please note that the return shipping fee is covered by the returnee and all return shippings to PRELOVEDSTORY must be traceable. Thus, please retain your receipt of shipping and tracking number until your return has been completed and you have received your refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be completed from the return shipping date as shipping time might vary depending on shipping country and shipping provider.
