We keep shipping simple.

🇨🇭 Switzerland

• Free shipping on all orders within Switzerland

• Delivered via Swiss Post (registered mail) or by us (in the Zurich area)

• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

🌍 International

• Flat rate of CHF 25 for all orders

• Shipped via Swiss Post, GLS or DHL, depending on destination

• Estimated delivery: 6–21 business days (customs delays possible)

Customs & VAT
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These charges vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance.
By placing an order, you agree to cover any such costs incurred upon delivery.

Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages lost/stuck in transit once handed to the courier. In case of return to sender, reshipment costs must be covered by the buyer.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached

• Returns must be pre-approved via email

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

To request a return, email us at hello@prelovedstory.com with your order number and reason. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

🌍 International Returns

Returns from outside Switzerland are accepted under the same conditions. However:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

• Customs duties, VAT, or import fees paid on the original order cannot be refunded

To help avoid extra charges, please mark the package clearly as a “Swiss goods return.”
